Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

false documents

Opposing attorney submitted Temporary Orders at hearing ''Motion to Compel my signaturte'' - although I had signed a version my attorney gave me, and sent it to him via mail a month prior, he submitted HIS OWN VERSION of the Temporary orders with my signatory page to the judge and had it filed with the county clerk.

What recourse do I have to address this - I have a trial tomorrow morning with the judge.

Re: false documents

You have an attorney who is who you should be talking to. If you think there is something wrong going on, you need to be in Court in the morning.
