Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

help for false hearsy?

My friends are undergoing problems with the CPS. The ''abuser'' in question has all ready been imprisioned once for ''probable cause'' and the CPS have a case built on him that is totally hearsy, because EVERYONE (at least all of the people who know him) KNOWS he would never do what they said he did. Plus, i saw the X-rays and the way the bone broke, it is not possible what they are saying he did either. She slipped and fell, causing a spiral fracture to the femur. They are trying to say he kicked her or stomped her leg. Please help.

Re: help for false hearsy?

This is not a do-it-yourself situation. This family needs quality legal services quickly. They need someone well versed in family and criminal law with experience with the CPS.

In Baytown there are some excellent lawyers who can do all those things. I do not know if Weston Cotten http://www.westoncotten.com in Baytown still practices family law, but he was very good years ago when I practiced in Houston (against him). He would know other lawyers in that town. I know other very good lawyers, but I am afraid they are judges now...
