Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hi there

I had family case and on the trial I have judgment to order my ex-husband to pay some of the attorney fees within 60 days and it's end on May/09/2016 .

My question is if the 60 days pass and he don't pay can I file a inforcment to force him pay the judgment the judge sign it on March /09/2016 ... if not what is the way to take the attorney fees .

If the attorney's fees were awarded as part of the property division in your case, you can sue for enforcement and ask the court to put him in jail for non-payment.
