Your note is not specific concerning how the child support figure came about - whether it is a court order, a decision through the Attorney General's office, etc. The avenues you may have available to you are different depending upon the nature of the order.
I suggest you hire a lawyer to assist you.

Start by reading up on the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, the Texas Family Code and all cases concerning the issues pertinent to your appeal. Don't waste any time. Unless you take the proper steps on time, the judgment concerning your child support becomes final in 30 days. Good Luck
