What do about family custody

My girlfriend and i conceived a child in texas. She is four months pregnant. She moved to florida and refuses to come back. The home in florida i feel is unfit. What are steps i can take to prove that she is an unfit mother and the household is unfit? What are main issues that a judge might look for?
