Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
family and the da
if my husband and i were told that our baby would be taken away b/c she had ''evidence ''of him smoking just weed. but never showed us the so called evidence and there was no case against us does she have the right to keep me and our baby from living with my husband? and to basically leave all decisions up to my father who says that he has the Da in his back pocket and she will do what he wants?? my husband is in rehab right now for weed and it was his deision he was never court ordered to. if my husband gets us an apartment is there legally anything the da can do to stop me and my baby from moving in with him? please help me i think my father just called a favor in with the da b/c he hates my husband and wants to keep us apart. ANY TIME I TALK TO THE DA ABOUT THE SITUATION SHE IMMEDIATLY CALLS MY FATHER AND TELLS HIM WHAT I ASK HER OR SAY

Your question is confusing. You and your husband need a lawyer. If there are no criminal charges pending, why do you keep talking to this ADA. The DA has no obligation of confidentiality to you. If she is helping your dad oppose your conservatorship, you might want to stop talking to her. Get a lawyer.
