Re: Family inheritance question

Based on what you have written, it appears that your husband's father (e.g., you father-in-law) is divesting his real property. Dependent upon what you actually want to do, there might be a few or many possibilities. The title and recorded documents that transferred the property to the "brother" will need to be looked at so as to determine what actually the "brother" received. You should consider seeking the assistance of a local law firm to assist you. If my local law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.

I don't know what you want to do. I guess you want your H's deed and the brother can wait until later. I suppose your H and his sister could buy out the brother's interest if the deal could be worked out. Good Luck.
