Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i went to family law court today through district att office to set child support and visitation in fort worth, they gave joint custody and i didnt know i could speak up and disagree so i signed the papers, but i have raised my daughter for 13 years and supported her while he sees her occassionally when hes not in jail ive had no help money wise since she was 3 and i dont think he deserves the same equal rights i have and regret signing is there anything i can do now

It probably wasn't the District Attorney. It was probably the Attorney General that you dealt with.

You can file an appeal. You have seven days.

Hire a private attorney immediately!

You need someone to speak for you.

I recommend that people never go to the TX A G office without legal representation for this very reason!
