I am looking at where and what i have to do if the father of my son and I have agreed on giving his rights. My husband wants to adopt him and the father agrees What do we do

The first thing you have to do is retain an attorney. This is a termination and adoption, which are too involved to be done successfully on your own. There are some necessary court costs with or without a lawyer; and the legal fees should be predictable, since all of the parties are in agreement. Good luck.
