My court order visitation rights, give me 1,3,5 weekends to see my child. I work on a on call basis 24/7, and when I pick up my child, on the weekends I have to call in, My employer recently called me in for attendence, is there anything I can do?

You can try to talk to the child's other parent and see if you can work out an alternate schedule. There is nothing that prevents the two of you from reaching an agreement to trade or substitute times. The schedule in the order is what you have to do if you can't reach any other agreement. If you can't do that you will have to do what any other single parent with a bad work schedule does - find a "drop them off anything child care provider" such as a family member or 24 hours child care facility. Going back to Court to formally change your visitation is probably not a viable option since it sounds like your schedule isn't predictable.
