My husband signed over his parental rights of his two children to their mother and stepfather about 1 1/2 ago. We have since found out that they are divorcing and the children may possibly have been abused. Is there anything we can do?

What do you mean "signed over his parental rights"? If the stepfather adopted the children there may not be anything your husband can do. If there was no adoption, then your husband should still have rights.
