I have legal documentation stating I have physical custody of my son and shared leagal custody with his father. He currently lives with his father and has been with him for eight months. I have explained that my son needs to return with me but he won't allow it. Where do I go from here?

You need to get your son, otherwise, your spouse can file a modification and since he has had your son for eight months, you couls loose your primary residency. Please,contact an attorney.
