If I got married without a prenuptial agreement is it possible to sign a form which separates the assets and belongins of the couple?

Yes, postnuptial agreements are recognized under Texas law. The requirements are extremely specific, and a variance would probably nullify the agreement. In order to have an enforceable agreement, you will need to consult with an experienced family lawyer.
