Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

family law question

I have my son. my ex is supost to pay child support. I haven't recieved any payments. But when he needed a passport he paid all the back child suport, but told th AG that my son lives with him. So they put it on hold. My son doesn't live with him. I told them this. What should I do? He is over seas now and I still have to let my son go with his wife every other weekend which I think is wrong. My son comes back different every time. She has a son that is wild so he comes back acting like him. what should I do?

Find an attorney. You can't rely on the AG to help you with this. Many family law attorneys will accept payment plans. Good luck!
