Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Being served with a CITATION for a Paternity case, the name is mis- spelled and no signatures were recorded by the constable or me as reciepient. What is my position? I am not the person seeked out.

Contact the person/entity that issued the citation and explain it to them. This happens a lot.
