My son died last February and I was on child support. His grandma never followed the court order,it was all about the money. She is still getting money for child support since he died.

I don't agree with the way I was put on child support or the way his grandma never followed the child support order. She had custody of him,but she was not who he was suppose to be with.

I have witnesses who can back up how she kept him away from me and was never concerned about his well being.

He shot himself with a gun that his grandma knew he had. I want to have something done about the child support system,because I think it has many flaws.

I don't want to continue giving his greedy grandma my hard earned money when she never did right by ''my son''.

Are you paying towards arrearages? If not, you should have terminated your support payments nearly a year ago. Retain an attorney to file a motion to terminate child support.
