My son impregnated a married woman. (She was separated from her husband) She left my son when she was 5 months pregant. She has since had the baby. We do not know where she is at. She called to say the baby was put up for adoption. ( the baby is now 2 monts old) She tells us her husband signed the adoption papers giving the baby away. We were not notified. Does my son have a legal right to this child? Is there anyway to get custody of this child if it were legally adopted? We are sick over this ! We love this child we have never seen, and want desperately to have the opportunity to raise this child.

As you suggest, your son had the right to this child. If these adoption papers were completed by the husband and the paramour, they have committed a crime. You have no right to the child. This is your son's matter to pursue if he wants to, and it's going to cost a lot of money.
