My son is 20 years old and in college. Isn't his father still responsible for paying some of his college tuition.

Generally, the answer is no, but it depends on what your court order states. Most of the time the Court Order only requires that someone pay child support until the child turns 18 or graduates from a secondary school(i.e., high school)whichever is later. The only time that child support would continue is if you and your husband ageed that he would continue to provide child support if your son went to college.
