spouse gaining custody of 17 yr old daughter, has 7 yr old downes child with ex. we have a child now diagnosed with hearing loss and are seperated. His ex wants more child support for the one daughter he makes 3000 a month pays her 650 for both daughters what would be the outcome when he gains custody of oldest daughter and we have a child together will his child support go up?

He should be looking at a reduction, for a short period of time. He would pay his percentage based upon her having one child, and him supporting two. She would pay child support to him based upon supporting one child. When the 17 year old turns 18/graduates high school, he can expect his CS to increase, and to remain permanent, as it appears the childis permanently disabled.
