family
I am currently married and my husband and I have a house together but i am not on the lease, so can he kick me out or does it not matter that i am not on the lease? We have a child together and he is 9 years old.

He cannot just kick you out. After a hearing, a judge has the authority to force someone to move out, regardless of who is on the lease. That is a separate obligation to deal with. If he is making threats like this, you need to hire a lawyer very soon.
