Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Family Matter

I'm married and we have a 12 year old son. I want to take him to India during Christmas. My wife does not let him go with me because she hates my parents and my relatives. Our son is scared of his mom. On one occasion she has even threatened me that she would disappear with our son one day and that I would not even find their bodies. My parents are old and love to see their grandson. My wife has taken my son four times to India. Every time she has stayed in India with our son for 3 weeks to 3 months. What is my option here?

You are married, and have the right to travel with your son. You do not need her permission.

Your posting indicates some serious and disturbing issues that may need to be addressed with a counselor and with an attorney.
