Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I went thru family violence with my son's father last year and took him to court to get a protection order. In the court papers my attorney drew up he asked for my attorney fees to be paid for by my son's father and the judge granted it. But before we went to court I had already paid the fees. If my son's father follows the order and pays the attorney fees, are those fees to come to me since they've been paid and I get reimbursed?
