You need an attorney and a Temporary Orders hearing.

You need to contact an attorney, who will be able to explain your rights. You probably need the Court to schedule a Temporary Order hearing and enter appropriate orders during the pendency of the case. It is for the Judge to decide certain matters, once such is brought to their attention for relief. Until then, it seems as though your wife will be in control. Re: family

You can ask the court to set a temporary hearing. At that hearing the judge can enter orders about which person is to have possession of the vehicles and other items. The court can also grant you the right to enter the house, pick up your personal effects, etc.
