Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If the father of my child refuse to sign the child support order, what is his rights? Does he still have to pay child support? What about visitation?

If he refuses to sign the order, the judge should still enter it anyway. So he will still have to pay child support and you will have to allow visitation.
