im a father of three children. my ex and i have been divorced since 2004. there is no visitation agreement set up. i pay child support and now she is not allowing me to see my kids. what steps do i take to ensure that i get my visitation time and also try to lower my child support because finances have changed?

If your divorce decree doesn't have a visitation schedule in it, you'd file a motion for modification and ask the court to establish specific visitation times. In the same petition/motion you would ask for a reduction of your child support.

You file the motion, pay the filing fee, get a citation issued, get Mom served, and then set it for trial.
