Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Does a father still have the right to see his children every other weekend, if he's never payed child support, lives with his parents, has never had a job since the divorce, and sleeps the whole time that they are over there?

Well, I believe that both children need to know both of their parents. Children have a natural curiosity about where they come from.
It sounds like both parents and their families are involved in the children's lives. It sounds like the parents and the parent's familes are raising these children.
If this guy is so bad, how does it reflect on your ability to select a spouse and choose this man to reproduce with -- not once but numerous times? Remember, if anything happens to you, he will be their sole remaining living parent?
Lastly, when you make negative comments about the father, you are making negative comments about 50% of your children's genes.
