Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

The father of my grandchildren says he can come to my house stay as long as he wants because his kids live here. Days Weeks. Months. He has never been married to my daughter and there is no custody agreement in place. Can he?

Wrong. Who cares what kind of custody agreement or relationship there is. If it is your house, then you can keep him out. Tell him to leave and if he refuses, you can call the police and he will be arrested for trespass to a habitation - a class A misdemeanor. You can also tell him never to return and if he does, it is a trespass.
