Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can the father of my kids get granted geographic restrictions on my children if he has a not been involved or paid child support from our previous court agreement for our first child. And has physically abused me and has drug problems and I have police reports and other to prove it?

I'm assuming from your question that there are already orders in place and that those orders do NOT contain a geographic restriction in them. If that is true, I would think he's going to have a hard time imposing a geographic restriction within the United States. He might have luck limiting the primary residence of the children to the 48 contiguous states or to Hague Convention countries. But if you are represented by a good family law attorney, based on the facts you've given, I think he loses.
