Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Me and the father of my kids are not getting along we live 50 miles apart and I want to put some distance between us. Is there any way to put distance between us.

If there are no orders in place, then move. If there are orders in place, move as far as you can. If you can't move due to the orders, ask the court to modify the orders.
