Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Father leaving state without notice

I received custody of my two children 12 and 16 in a long divorce/custody battle. Upon my remarriage the oldest child, who was eighteen at the time, went to live with her father. Neccesitating a costly modification. the weekend of graduation her father is moving without notice and she will have to move in with me again. As he has never given notice of any of the job changes etc. I am concerned that he will stop paying child support and insurance again. What can I do to make sure he fulfills his obligation to the children?

It sounds like you need to modify again.

I recommend filing it while you still can locate him.

My office charges a deposit of $1,195 to begin a case. Then weekly payments.

Give me a call if you are interested.
