Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

the father of my son and i are splitting up. he is trying to take our son and if he doesnt get him he is going to try to get his boss to pay him under the table so he wont have to pay child support. what should i do?

Hire an attorney!

Even if he gets paid "under the table" every parent is expected to support his children in the State of Texas.

The judges know that this happens & you need an "advocate" (aka an attorney) to assist you!
