Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello, I am a father that takes care of my 8 year old daughter the first, thired and fifth of the month. My ex wife is stating that she will not pay for the day care on thuresdays and fridays which are currently my days to take care of her, well i am paying child support but i get out late those days and i dont have any one to pick her up, she is stating that its my resposibility to do so, I am stuck in a very tight place right now and i dont know how to go about this, do i have to pay extra daycare fees becuase i cant pick her up on my days or should that be covered becuase im all ready paying for child support? I also have to buy her clothing, food and shelter, can you kindly give me some advice to go about this, thank you for your help.

Read your child support order carefully.

You (probably) do NOT have to pay the extra fees for daycare. Your support duty is defined by what's in the child support order, and it (probably) does NOT require you to pay for daycare.
