father taking inherance
For two years my father has ignored my phone calls and mesages due to him owing me over 10 thousand dollars my grandmother willed to my sister and I, talked to an Attorney but I can not afford the fees. Are there any other steps I can take to get what is rightfully mine?

You would need to go to the court where the will is being probated. You need to file a document with the court (it should be free) letting the court know that you are wanting your part of the money. Be sure to include your name, address and phone numbers.
