Father Terminating Custody Rights

Can my daughters father terminate his rights of custody/visitations without me having someone else to adopt her or gain guardianship of her? My mother, my daughter, and I are extremely close, we live together. Would there be a problem in her father giving up rights, only to have my mother pick up guardenship of her?

You need to go talk to a good family law attorney. It sounds like you don't really understand what you are asking. Find someone who will sit down with you and review the entire situation, including why you want his rights terminated.
