What possible good do you think a written statement is going to do. It certainly has only very, very, very, very limited legal effect. If you had someplace to go or somebody to act as a parent, you might be able to seek a guardianship to file a Suit Affecting Parent Child Relationship. This is going to cost some money. You think Dad would pay for it for you?

After agreeing with Mr. Grissom, I feel compelled to ask, by what right do have to tell your father not to speak in his own home? Are you sure he has nothing to say that you need to hear?

I agree with the earlier posts. Your age and other living options will be important. But if you're still under 18, then I can assure you that, any abuse aside, you would probably benefit from listening to your father and making a mature response instead of trying to ignore him and continue a power struggle that you can not win at this time. You'll be on your own soon enough and you'll all the friends you can get at that time.
