Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Father visitaion

How do we get fther visitiation rights revoked?

Child is now 10 years old. Father has tried to come in and out of her life several times but always ends up in jail. He has burned all his bridges and I feel my daughter is in danger while she is with him.

In 10 years he has never pid child support (owes $40,000). Just returned from attorney general meteting the he actually showed up to. There he signed papers saying he would start paying back child support so they said i had to agree to supervised visitation weekends. How do I stop this from Happening?

This man is in and out of jail for drugs, asault, robbery. Sucidal tendencies. Its always something. I think he may actually have people after him. Which means my daughter is in possible danger anytime she is around him.

How do I make sure he has no rights to be around her anytime?

Re: Father visitaion

You hire a good family law attorney to represent your interests and get this matter into Court. The AG does not represent you. They represent the State of Texas, and their only interest is in seeing that child support is paid. The person who told you that almost certainly wasn't an attorney, just one of the AG's case workers.

I offer no-cost initial consultations. Call my legal assistant, Arlene, if you want to set up an appointment.
