Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a father of a 1 year little girl living in san antonio and she lives in eagle pass 2 hours away from me with her mother what can i do to try to win custody of my daughter so she can come live with me?

I assume that paternity has been established.

You file a motion with the court alleging that it would be in the child's best interest if she lived with you. Then you go into Court and prove it to the Judge.
