Father VS. 16 going on 17 year oldDaughter

Can a 16 year old daughter who is turning 17 in 2 months be forced by her father to live with him because he does not want her to be with her boyfriend (who has done no wrong to her an any way) who is 18? by texas laws being involved can he be put to do time in jail?

Until you are emancipated or an adult, you will have to live with your parent/guardian.

Is the 18 year old boy having sex with the 16 year.. then he has done wrong to her..

I suggest she stay with her father. If she leaves without permission, may be considered a run away.
