Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Father's right
My husband and his exgirlfriend share jointed legal and physical custody, aaccording to the court order both are suppose to swap information such as current phone and address. Ever since the court date, my husbands ex has cut all contact with him. The information she gave in court was falsified and can only contact my stepdaughter at the vistations, that's only if they show up, or by going to the ex's grandmother's house and begging her to call the ex. Now we have the attoney general after us stating that WE have not provided any information nor that we even had a lawyer present at the proceedings, which we did and have documents that prove otherwise. My question is what if any action can be taken against my husband's ex for refusing to cooporate with the court order/
