Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Fathers Rights: DA Harrasment

Is it possible to sue (and win) the District Attorneys Office for harassment? I am completely current with Child Support, but because of a "clerical error" they have sent letters stating that I owe thousands of back child support, letters to my employer, in search of "me" letters, etc. I have been receiving this type of harassment for years and upon contact with the DA office the response I receive is "We are looking into your case".

I think you could probably obtain a restraining order, but it is very difficult to get the AG's office to pay for it. The AG's office enjoys immunity from making mistakes.
