Father's Rights

My wife and I are separated and we have a 3 month old son. She wont let anyone in my family see my son. She refusing to let me see him, there are no court papers? What can I do legally?

She has no more rights to him than you do. What do you mean she won't "let" you. If you can't reach an agreement with her, dont ask, just ask a court to issue orders for visitation. Do expect that if you don't have custody, that you will be also ordered to pay support.
