A Fathers Visitation Rights

I was in the Navy for 4 years.I have been out for 14 months and seeing my daugher on a regular basics 2 hours on weds.I want to start taking my daughter on wed. and on my weekends for just the day, untill she is willing to stay the night.Her mom does not agree with that.in the decree at her age which is 5 states i should have her on weds and 1, 3, 5 weekends.what would a judge grant me?

The last document the Judge signed controls.

You need to take a certified copy of the document (probably called the Final Decree of Divorce but it might be called something else) to an attorney and have an attorney review the document with you. I would contact an attorney that does primarily family law/divorce law.

If the mother is not following the court ordered visitation, she could be held in contempt of court.

You need to talk to an attorney familiar with the court you have been assigned to.
