no fault divorce

when filing a no fault divorce if the respondent signs a waiver of issuance/service, is it mandatory for the respondent to sign an affidavit of consent as well??

I suspect that you bought a kit on line.

If so, you need to hire an attorney to help you.

I do DIY kits for people.

I don't ever use a Aff. of Consent on a divorce. It is not used in Tx divorces.
