fees to finalize an international adoption in TX

My husband and I are thinking about "adopting" ( becoming legal guardians/ custodians) of 2 South African children and then coming back to Texas to live and legally adopt these children. Could you please tell us about how much it will cost to finalize their adoptions in Texas?

Do you have legal relinquishment of parental rights from the SA parents. If these documents are properly authenticated, a TX court will recognize them and the cost of the adoption would be legal fees and court costs plus expenses. I usually do these type of adoptions for $5,000.00 plus court costs of $700.00-$800.00 (which includes the in home social study).
