Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

felony child support

my husbands kids are in thier 30,s and we have been paying child support for the last 10 yrs his probation is up in april and we still owe money what can we do. when he was arrested his bond was originally 1,000.00 and the judge turned around and changed to 100,000.00 surety bond he let the attorney general and our court appointed attorney make a deal so he could get out but now we are told that he can go to jail for 2 yrs and when he gets out still owes the rest of the money what can we do legally
