Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Felony
I have a Family assult charge and convicted. I want to go to the army but its stopping me from going. So my question is, is there any way to remove it at all.

Since you state is was a FV felony assault, you are not eligible for an expunction or an order of nondisclosure. A nondisclosure would not help you with the army anyway, since it they would have access to the closed file.

We can try to non-disclose it, but the statute is clear that it cannot be non-disclosed, it would be your risk.
