Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Female from previous relationship contacted me informing me she is pregnant. Turned down adoption and abortion options after I told her I could not afford child support. She stated that she could afford paying for the child but is persuing child support from me anyways out of spite using her father as a prime example to relate me to. She is out of work and school. Also she is refusing a praternaty test. I need help either getting full custody of the child after its proven it is mine via praternaty test or making it so i dont have to pay child support or have the child support very low because she said she can "afford it". Also i wasnt the olny one she was having sexual relations with.

Don't give her any money until she agrees to a DNA test.
File your own paternity suit. Hire a lawyer, or go through the Attorney General (it's free, but they take forever, and they don't represent you). Here's how to contact the Attorney General:
