Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My fianc� want me to move in the home he shares with his mother can I do that if she says no and he says yes

Who actually owns the home? Your fiance or his mother?

Perhaps the better question is: Why would you want to live there? If your fiance is a grownup, and is planning to get married to you, he should move out of his mother's house.
