Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My fiance is trying to get divorced on her own from her previous marriage. My question is: She has already submitted the paperwork and waited 60 days. The courthouse told her she needs to file a motion to set the divorce in motion... What form or paperwork is needed to do this? The divorce is uncontested and the husband has already signed a waiver for the divorce? WHat is the next step or how do i obtain the "motion" to get this divorce finalized?

She should contact the clerk of the court where the case is pending (not the district clerk) and get clarification; each court has a slightly different procedure for finalizing a divorce (some of them require you to submit a proposed decree before they'll set the final hearing). The court's contact information will probably be on the internet. I've never heard of a "motion to set the divorce in motion."
