Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My fiance has full custody of his daughter and the biological mother (she calls me Mommy) has supervised visitation for one hour two times a month. This has been in place since October '09. We also sued for child support, which has never been paid. She took advantage of visitation 4 times and then moved to Louisianna with boyfriend #6 all of the sudden one night. She's been involved with the police and has been in several fights with different people here in Austin since July when she left in the beginning. Now she is back in Austin and, by law we have to meet her tomorrow.
The woman is a severe drug addict who goes to the hospital on a regular basis looking for Xanax and pain pills. I know this because she tries to use our insurance and we get the letters in the mail. She has also threatened my life in a text message. She is dangerous.
We would like to get full custody with no visitation and I would like to adopt our child.
There is much more and we have documented everything.
Can someone please help us?
